UK Post Office scandal: Where was the Board?
About
This Webinar
One of Britain’s biggest miscarriages of justice, the wrongful conviction of over 700 Post Office Sub Post Masters resulted in many of them going to prison, losing their livelihoods, homes and in some cases their marriages.
As a result, key executives in the organisation and former ministers are under scrutiny. However, the focus on the board seems to have been less acute, although the Chair was removed by the Minister in January 2024 explaining “I felt there was a need for new leadership, and we have parted ways with mutual consent.”
Join us for this webinar where we’ll look at the role of the Board in this scandal.
The key takeaways from this webinar will be:
– What questions did the board fail to ask during this time?
– What does a healthy CEO/Chair relationship look like?
– What needs to happen for the UK Post Office to recover from this scandal?
