Karen Manyati is the Director of Quality Corporate Governance Centre in Harare, Zimbabwe. Founded in 2006, the organisation has been instrumental in corporate governance reforms in Zimbabwe, having been key in the nation’s homegrown National Code on Corporate Governance (ZimCode). The organisation focuses on leadership development and corporate governance solutions in state and non-state sectors in the Southern African region.
