This Speaker
Lassie, a seasoned Senior Executive (FCA, MBA, IoD Dip), has transitioned into the INED space after 25 years in the Funds and Financial Servicing Industry. Her career features leadership roles at institutions like BNY Mellon, HSBC, Citigroup, and AIB IFS. With a deep understanding of the regulated funds industry, she collaborates closely with clients to achieve strategic growth, improve performance, manage risk, and navigate regulatory challenges. Lassie holds a B.SC Mgmt. from Trinity College, is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Bayes University in London. Her ongoing education includes a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, accreditation as an Advisor in Leading Cultural & Ethical Change in Financial Services, and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
Committed to community and ethical leadership, Lassie served as an independent Director/Chair of The RISE Foundation for six years and currently sits on the Rethink Ireland Ltd Board. She chairs the Audit and Risk Committee, is a member of the Finance Committee, and leads the IFDA Diversity & Inclusion committee, fostering diversity in the financial sector.
Currently, Lassie serves as an independent non-executive director and Chair on a new Fund Board, enhancing corporate governance and strategic decision-making.
