A UK venture capitalist’s view on corporate governance and board composition
About
This Webinar
This webinar was presented by William McQuillan. Corporate governance is a critical component in running any successful company. But what does it look like for a startup that is just getting off the ground? How can effective board composition help a startup strategically in terms of planning, value-addition, and future investment. This webinar will focus on an investor perspective on governance in investor led companies and how this evolves as organisations scale. It will also shed light on the role and responsibilities of board observers; and how often times it is better to be an observer than a board member.
