It’s the subject of this latest podcast to fuel your corporate governance education.
The importance of DEI
In this episode, Dan Byrne is joined by John Chrimes, a programme director, non-executive director (NED) and governance advisor, to discuss the evolving nature of DEI and its importance in corporate governance.
Dan and John will explore how DEI has changed over the years, why it has so many critics, and how companies can persist through that debate to craft sensible DEI policies.
It’s a crucial topic for current and future board members, especially as younger generations of stakeholders highlight the continuing need for DEI in global business.
