Politics and governance
Politics and governance: the latest edition of the corporate governance podcast explores the connection between today’s polarised political world and corporate governance
Politics and governance
Dan Byrne speaks with Dr Thomas Fewer, Vice President of Talent Programs and Partnerships with the NobleReach Foundation, based in northern Virginia, just outside Washington DC in the United States.
Thomas shares his extensive research into how politics affects the governance landscape in America, particularly relevant given the country’s extremely polarised climate running through to the highest levels of government.
Thomas’ stats offer valuable insights into how politics can filter into the boardroom and the kinds of leaders more likely to let their political beliefs influence the way they run their businesses and engage with stakeholders.
