About David W Duffy

David is one of Ireland’s leading authorities on corporate governance, as a thought leader, educator, practitioner and author on corporate governance. He has had four books published to date based on his practical experience. He has brought fresh and dynamic thinking to the education of aspiring and existing directors through the provision of stimulating online learning, so that they can learn where they want, when they want. The Corporate Governance Institute has been a trailblazer in director education providing the first online and accredited Diploma in Corporate Governance and a Diploma in ESG. So far we have had delegates from over 60 countries. His most recent books include “A Practical Guide to Corporate Governance" and "A Practical for Company Directors" both published by Chartered Accountants Ireland. His next book on corporate governance will be published later in 2025 by Chartered Accountants Ireland. He is a regular speaker on governance nationally and internationally.
